Results speak more loudly than words…
Below are a few examples of our work. We have literally delivered close to 100 solutions of various sorts over the past 20 years, so the examples listed here are merely a few samples of that body of work. The purpose in listing these is to provide an indication of what we are capable of (seeing the anyone can say they can do anything, but results speak more loudly than words); and also to showcase some of our work that we think may be of interest to other organizations, either in its current form, or as a base-layer which could be rebranded, repurposed, or developed further.
Used by three of South Africa’s largest banks (2017 – Present)
In 2017 we developed a Learning Management System (LMS) for Nedbank (one of South Africa’s largest banks), to specifically address the issue of deploying learning content online to regions with poor bandwidth. The LMS was such a success that we were then approached by two other banks in South Africa who also adopted our platform to deliver their online training. In 2009 we developed a lightweight accounting application called Money Manager. Two South African banks heard of the product and approached us, asking for exclusive rights to license the software for their clients. We ultimately partnered with Nedbank, one of South Africa’s largest banks, who made “Nedbank Money Manager” available to their entire retail banking base. Money Manager went on to become the most widely used Personal Financial Management tool in South Africa. Please click here to find out more about this project.
Nedbank South Africa, Rest Of Africa, Private Wealth (2015 – Present)
We develop all of Nedbank’s client-facing interactive demos, showing clients how to use Nedbank’s digital channels. These currently include Cellphone Banking, SMS Banking, and Internet Banking. We do this for Nedbank South Africa, Nedbank RoA, and Nedbank Private Wealth. These demos have been accessed by almost 1/4 of Nedbank’s total client base, adding significant value to their digital channel investment and contributing significantly to both uptake and analytics. Nedbank Private Wealth (2016 – Present)
In 2016 we developed an iPad application for Nedbank Private Wealth. The brief was to effectively replace all paper-based material (brochures, forms, fact sheets, etc.) with a single digital tablet-based experience, providing the banker with all of the content they may need during a client conversation, in an easy to use, rapidly accessible, highly impressive digital format. On top of that we developed detailed analytics, conversation tracking, recommended suggestions, and so forth, and then fed all of that back into a custom-built backend which we also developed for the bank.
